Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to many countries and regions worldwide, including the United States, the United Kingdom, European countries, Canada, Australia, Brazil, the United Arab Emirates, Russia, Japan, South Korea, and many more destinations.
All applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees are included in your order total, so there are no additional charges upon delivery.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Most orders arrive in approximately 7 business days, although delivery times vary by destination:
- United States: 7–10 business days
- Europe: 7–10 business days
- Australia: 5–7 business days
- Japan and South Korea: 5–7 business days
- Brazil: 20-30 business days
Delivery may take longer to remote areas, such as islands and other hard-to-reach locations.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
You can also track your order from your profile - order page.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We’re happy to help as long as it has not yet been shipped. Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days, so please email us as soon as possible with your order number and the requested changes.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

How can l join Reward Program?
Simply create an account, and you’ll automatically become a member of our Rewards Program.
You’ll earn points with every purchase, which can be redeemed for vouchers and used like cash toward future orders.
Reward vouchers can be used storewide with no minimum purchase required.
